Helping our patients doesn't just stop at treatment, we also have a variety of both face to face and online classes to help you keep up your rehab and keep moving beyond your injury. Whether you want to get fit, improve your running technique, improve your core, flexibility or recover from having a baby , we have a class for you.

Our face to face classes are small groups of between 6 and 8 people to make sure we can keep a close eye on your technique and progress you on an individual basis. Our rehab studio is light, airy and well ventilated and we are following covid secure guidelines.
What sets our online programme apart is this: we have you on video on our big in studio screen , so we can see you , you can see us - live and we can correct your technique , helping you to get the most out of your class from the comfort of your own home. 
You don't need loads of posh kit or to be super fit or mobile (but for some of our classes you can be!)
