Laura Wilson Pricipal Physiotherapist/ Owner
About Laura :
I never really wanted to be anything else except a Physio, the human body is fascinating and getting to meet new people, help them feel and move better and fall back in love with their bodies again AND learn something new every day is amazing. As someone who is a little clumsy I have recovered through my fair share of injuries and completely get how frustrating it is when your injury stops you from doing what you want to do. I created Flexible Physiotherapy Sheffield as a specialist Physiotherapy Practice to help as many people as possible get rid of their pain in a non judgemental friendly environment.

Sarah Louise Rixon - Sports Massage Therapist / Reiki Practitioner
I have worked in the health and fitness industry for as long as I remember. Making people feel better, happier and looked after has always felt the right career path for me. So I have , over the years added more and more strings to my bow to help me understand how to help people in a more well rounded way.
I qualified in exercise to music many years ago and from there I took a Pilates qualification. I teach an online back care class at Flexible Physio and it helps clients of all ages to get moving , understand their bodies and feel better. Sports massage in relative terms is something im new to, having qualified 5 years ago and I love it. I work with people to target areas where they feel pain or restriction , but also find that my clients just enjoy time to relax, switch off or even air out their worries. I like to combine lots of my skills into a session , not just sports massage so I use other techniques such as muscle activation depending on the clients needs.
I love to learn and most recently I have been learning about reiki and energy healing , quite a step away from the kinds of courses and qualifications I have taken before but equally as rewarding. I am enjoying helping my reiki clients in a completely new way.
When I'm not at work you are most likely to find me with my family, exercising myself or having a meal with friends.
I hope to see you in clinic soon.
